'Do I need to buy tickets for my kids? Children 12 & under are FREE to attend all outdoor activities Tickets to the Prairie Portal and Legion Stage are available here.
Are tickets refundable? Sorry — tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable! If you’ve sold your ticket to someone else, just send us an email and let us know.
🏕️ Campground Questions -
The Kelwood Camp Ground isn't operated by the Harvest Sun - but sites will be held for festival goers until 6pm Friday.
How does the camping work? Can I reserve a site? Camping is first come, first served!
Is the tent camping fee per site? No — camping fees are per person, not per site.
Can I arrive Thursday and set up early? Yes!
Are RV sites serviced? There are a few serviced sites - arrive early to snap those up! You may bring a quiet generator — though we love solar power best! 🌞
Can I park in the campground? Yes — but once your vehicle is in, it’s in for the weekend. If you’d like to drive during the fest, park in the general parking area next to the legion and rink.
Is there a quiet camping area? Yes! Let the folks at the gate know and we’ll direct you to a quieter spot.
Are there showers or bathrooms? There are no showers inside the camping area, but you’re welcome to bring a solar shower. There are also public showers and bathrooms inside the Kelwood Skating Rink!
There is access to clean water on site and porta-potties in the campground.
Can I have a campfire? Yes — in designated campfire areas, and only if there’s no fire ban in effect.
Can I bring my dog? Yes — dogs are welcome, but must be on leash at all times. 🐶

Is there a water bottle filling station? YES! Bring your refillable water bottle and fill up at the water station.
